Nicholas founded Cornerstone in 2020 after 20+ years working in the foundation and waterproofing industry. He built it on a simple principle: give homeowners a straight answer, do excellent work, and treat every property like it matters — because it does.
The company is family-owned and family-operated, serving Jeffersonville, New Albany, Clarksville, Sellersburg, Charlestown, and the surrounding Southern Indiana region.
