With over 24 years of hands-on experience in foundation repair and waterproofing, Nicholas is on every job site — not running a call center or sending out salespeople. Customers say it in nearly every review: the person who does the estimate is the person who does the work.
He founded Cornerstone in 2020 with a simple principle: give homeowners a straight answer, do excellent work, and treat every property like it matters.
