A curated look at some of our most detailed work β stone masonry, foundation repair, drainage systems, tuckpointing, and more. Every job featured here was completed by Cornerstone's crew in Southern Indiana.

43' Curved Driveway Addition β Champions Point, Henryville IN
Custom 43-foot curved driveway addition in the Champions Point neighborhood β full sequence from sub-base prep through final broom finish. Form-set to follow the existing sidewalk line, compacted gravel base, full #4 rebar grid tied at every intersection (mandatory on a curved pour to prevent radius cracking), and a broom finish for traction in wet weather. The homeowner picked up an extra parking spot and a clean curb-appeal upgrade in a single project. Curved driveways are noticeably harder to lay out and pour than rectangular slabs β every form-board has to bend evenly, every section of rebar has to follow the radius, and the finish has to stay uniform around the curve. Done right the first time.

16'Γ20' Picture-Frame Broom-Finish Patio & Walkway
Complete concrete patio and walkway installation. Decorative picture-frame border with a broom-finish center β clean, modern, and durable. Properly prepared sub-base for freeze-thaw resistance.

Brick Stairway Tuckpointing
Aging brick stairway with deteriorated mortar joints brought back to structural integrity with full tuckpointing. Old mortar ground out and replaced with color-matched mix β restores weather resistance and extends service life by decades.

Concrete Piers β Foundation Lift & Masonry Stabilization
Failing foundation and cracked masonry stabilized with a full concrete pier system. Piers driven to load-bearing strata, foundation lifted back toward level, and masonry cracks addressed. Permanent structural fix.

Crawl Space Waterproofing + Vapor Barrier
Full crawl space moisture system β interior drainage channel routed to a sump, plus a heavy-duty vapor barrier covering the floor and walls. Eliminates chronic moisture and stops the musty smell at its source.

Egress Window Enlargement β Foundation Saw Cut
Enlarging an existing basement window into a code-compliant egress opening. Excavation around the window, saw-cut through the brick and concrete foundation, exposed utility line protected during the dig. Next phase: new egress window + well install.

Clarksville Driveway Extension + Custom Concrete Pads
Custom driveway extension plus dedicated concrete pads for the trash cans and the AC unit. The homeowner picked up extra parking, the runoff now routes cleanly away from the slab instead of pooling, and the finished pour adds real curb appeal. Function, protection, and a sharp finished look β done right the first time.
