What does the free inspection include?+
An onsite visual walkthrough of your foundation, basement, or crawl space — interior and exterior as appropriate. We look at cracks, moisture, drainage, grading, and any other symptoms you are worried about, then give you a written explanation of what we found and what we would recommend. No sales pitch, no obligation, no fee.
How soon can you come out for an inspection?+
For Jeffersonville, Clarksville, New Albany, and other nearby Southern Indiana and Louisville metro addresses, we can usually be onsite within a few business days. Urgent situations — active water intrusion, visibly moving walls, structural concerns — get prioritized and we will try to be out within 24 to 48 hours when possible.
Do you pressure me into work I don't actually need?+
No. If the inspection turns up a minor issue you can monitor, or something that does not need professional repair, we will tell you that straight up. Our business runs on referrals from honest work, not on upselling the first person who calls. If you don't need us, you don't need us.
Will you give me a written quote before any work starts?+
Yes — every job gets a written quote with a specific scope, materials, timeline, and price before we schedule anything. You have the full document in hand to review, compare, and decide on your own time. No verbal-only quotes, no surprises mid-job.
What if I just want a second opinion on another contractor's quote?+
Happy to do it. Bring the existing quote, the inspection notes, or just the diagnosis — we will walk your foundation, tell you whether the scope makes sense for the actual problem, and flag anything that looks oversold or underscoped. Still free, still no obligation to hire us.
