Why We Partner with Other Specialty Contractors

Concrete trucks, equipment rental, drywall β€” we bring the right partner for each job. Here's how that helps you get better work without paying a markup.

Updated April 17, 2026

A small foundation and waterproofing crew can't specialize in everything. The honest way to handle that is to partner with people who are better at specific pieces than we are β€” and bring them in when it matters.

When we bring in partners

  • Smaller concrete pours (2–5 cubic yards): We use Liquid Stone's volumetric mixers for this. Their trucks mix on-site to exactly what you need. No short-load fees, no waste, no waiting on a batch plant 45 minutes away.
  • Large concrete pours: When you need 10+ yards of mix with consistent slump over a few hours, we work with established ready-mix partners who can stage multiple trucks.
  • Drywall finish: After egress windows and interior work, specialized drywall crews come in for the clean finish β€” tape, mud, paint to match your existing walls.
  • Heavy excavation: When a job needs equipment we don't own, we rent or contract rather than forcing a workaround that costs you more.

What this means for you

  • You get specialists doing specialized work β€” not generalists faking expertise.
  • We don't mark up partner labor. What they charge us is what you pay.
  • Timelines stay realistic because we aren't pretending a two-person crew can do everything at once.
  • Quality stays higher because each phase is done by people who do that phase every week.

Who we partner with

  • Liquid Stone (Louisville / Southern Indiana) β€” volumetric concrete. liquidstonecrete.com

If you want to know specifically who's doing a piece of your job, ask us β€” we'll tell you.
